What do the Summer Clinics Look Like?

All Clinics are co-ed!

Join us at the Westmont Community Center for basketball instruction and fun for boys and girls with Level UP Basketball!  For an hour each day, players will participate in organized individual skill development to help improve their game.  Each clinic session will run Monday thru Thursday.
 

Summer clinics will primarily be run by Coach Larsen, who has spent the past 10 years as a math teacher at Downers Grove North High School.  Coach Larsen was the head freshman boys basketball coach at DGN (2014-2022) and helped coach the St. Giles 6th grade boys team in 2024 in Oak Park.  He has over 20 years of coaching and skill development experience, and was a member of Westmont High School's team that took 4th place in the state tournament.  Coach Larsen aims to provide players with the necessary tools to achieve success in both basketball and life by reinforcing teamwork, effort and respect.  Clinics will focus on footwork, shooting, ball handling, passing and offensive attack mentality.  The goal is to provide kids with high-level coaching in a positive, fun and encouraging environment!
